 Once the screen loads you will see all current resident’s listed

under Contacts
o Select the residents you want to receive this Bulletin by

using the Check box the Left of the residents Name each

residents name*
*The residents who are selected should be the ones who

have had a service request completed in the past week.

o Once all the Residents are selected that you want to receive

the bulletin click

 When the page loads you will scroll down to the Message section

o Select the Template that you would like to use. (Most sites
have the Templates saved as Service Request Follow up, or

Maintenance Follow up)

 The click on Save and Launch
