Creating Non-Resident Service Requests

               Non-resident requests are created for any request to be done by
               Maintenance outside a specific Apartment.


               Example: Cleaning of the breezeway, lights out in the building entrance

               or parking areas etc.

                         Sandwich -> Residential Management -> Service -> Add a

                          request

                         Select non-resident request, please fill in the Building ID
                         Click on the common area and choose the area/building the

                          request is pertaining to.

                         Select the category and then fill in the work requested section.

                         Click Print ticket and hand over the same to the Service team.
