Q1. What do I do if my household goods shipment does not arrive on the
scheduled date of delivery or arrival?
A1. Company provides furniture rental support for up to 3 months if you
cannot use household goods due to a late shipment or delay in
delivery. Or if you’d like to stay in temporary accommodation until your
shipment arrives in Korea, we can extend your stay in temporary
accommodation if you are not with your family.
Q2. Do I have to pay for my one- way flight ticket to Korea when
booking ticket through Coupang’s travel partner and get reimbursed?
Also can I book a ticket through other travel agency I know?
A2. If you book your one- way flight ticket to Korea through our travel
partner, they send us an invoice for your ticket so you do not pay them.
You can also book a ticket through other travel agencies, you must pay
for the ticket and it will be reimbursed upon receipt with your 1 payroll

in Korea. If you are planning to book a ticket through other travel
agency, please inform us in advance.
Q3. What If my pet weights more than 15kg (33lb)? Does company still
pay a shipping fee for my pet? And can I still bring my pet to Korea?
A3. Company does not pay a shipping fee for pets weighing more than
15kg (33lb). Thus, please request for the amount for shipping a pet
weighing 15kg (33lb), so we can reimburse the amount with your payroll
once you join Coupang. The rest will be your responsibility.
Also since the hotels do not allow pets weighing more than 15kg (33lb),
if you have pets weighning more than 15kg (33lb), we recommend you
to bring your pet after you move into an apartment. Please note that
company does not cover any expenses incurred due to quarantine
regulations for importing pet to Korea such as vaccinations and
microchips implant etc.
