Q9. When can I use my home leave benefit?

A9. You and your immediate accompanying family are entitled to home
leave once in every 12 months starting from your joining date. It does

not follow the Calendar cycle.

Q10. Does company provide in- house Korean Language Class?

A10. Yes, we have in- house Korean Language class in the office every
two months. You will receive class information email from Learning &

Development Team before the new semester starts for class registration.

Q11. Does company provide repatriation support if I resign?

A11. Yes, company provides international shipping, flight and vacate

services for an employee who is returning to his/her home country.
However, this does not apply to an employee who resigns within 12

months during the employment at Coupang.

Q12. What happens if I resign within 12 months during the employment

at Coupang?

A12. If you resign within 12 months, you will be asked to repay the

company pro rata share of the compensations including all relocation
supports such as housing, school fee, and allowance following your last

date of service as stated in your employment agreement letter.
