Q5. When is the effective date of my health coverage?

A5. If you choose to be on CIGNA after your joining date, the effective
date of your health coverage will be your arrival date in Korea, so you

can claim any medical expenses incurred from the date you entered
Korea. If your arrival date is changed, effective date of your health

coverage will change accordingly. If you choose to be on National
Health Plan, then you will be covered from your joining date.

Q6. Does company pay for my child’s school admission fees as well? Or

do I pay the fees?

A6. Company covers the school admission fees for your child as well as
tuitions and school bus fee. It will be paid direcrtly to the school by

company.

Q7. Whose information needs to be provided to school for point of
contact regarding tuition?

A7. You can provide Yuan Park’s contact information, a member of

Global Mibility who is in charge of school tuition matters as below.

Q8. Does company provide mobile support too?

A8. Company provides mobile support only for two weeks or until your
Ailen Registrstion Card (ARC) is issued since you can start using mobile

service in Korea after your ARC is issued.
