Q7. Does company provide mobile support too?

A7. Company provides mobile support only for two weeks or until your
Ailen Registrstion Card (ARC) is issued since you can start using mobile

service in Korea after your ARC is issued.

Q8. When can I use my home leave benefit?

A8. You and your immediate accompanying family are entitled to home

leave once in every 12 months starting from your joining date. It does
not follow the Calendar cycle.

Q9. Does company provide in- house Korean Language Class?

A9. Yes, we have in- house Korean Language class in the office every
two months. You will receive class information email from Learning &

Development Team before the new semester starts for class registration.

Q10. Does company support return flight ticket to my home country if I
resign?

A10. No, we do not support return flight ticket to your home country if

you terminate your employment with us.
