Housing Tour with our Relocation Partner
What to remember before going on housing tour
1. Company supports up to KRW 200,000,000 of key money
deposit.
2. KRW 50,000 of your monthly housing allowance will be
deducted for every KRW 10,000,000 of key money deposit.
3. If the monthly rent exceeds your monthly housing allowance,
you will be responsible for paying difference, and it will be
deducted from your payroll.
4. Company will directly make a payment of your monthly rent
to t he landlord.
5. As long as your landlord continues the lease contract, you
will be responsible for all the expenses incurred due to
breaking the contract and moving to different apartment.
