Company arranges for a shipment up to 40ft containers upon
your request and air freight up to 100 kg per person of household
goods to Korea. Company does not cover the shipment such as:
boats, firearms, heavy machinery, vehicles, jewelry, antiques,
works of art, and coin/stamp/wine collections.
The above list is not exhaustive. Items deemed unreasonable to
ship due to cost, import restrictions, excessive duty or unusually
high value are not covered as determined by Company or the
shipping agency.
Company covers up to US$30,000 of insured value for the surface
shipment.
In case of bringing pet(s), you are responsible for pet shipping
arrangement and company pays a shipping fee for up to two
pets weighing 15kg (33lb) or below to pet shipping agency or
reimburses you upon receipts.
Company does not cover any expenses incurred due to
quarantine regulations for importing pet to Korea such as
vaccinations and microchip implant etc.
