1. You will be requested by the shipping agency to provide below
information prior to moving.

• Address of Origin

• Best date/ Timing for the pre-move survey

• Best date for packing
• Your flight schedule to Korea

2. You will be requested to submit below documents by the arrival

date of your shipment in Korea
• Insurance Application (you may submit it before arrival date)

• Copy of your passport and visa

• Copy of entry stamp

• Copy of your Alien Registration Card (ARC) or ARC application

form (will be given after your Korean working visa application)
• Residence Declaration & Residence Proof Document

(will be provided by company)

• Moving Goods declaration form & Power of Attorney
(will be provided by the shipping company)

• Time of delivery: maximum 4~ 6 weeks

3. Once your shipment passes the inspection, you will be requested

to provide below information.
• Delivery address

• Best delivery date

• Contact information for delivery
