Welcome to open enrollment 2019!!!
It’s been another exciting year for Team Teal. We’ve welcomed new faces to our organization, and
we continue to transform our business.
Providing the greatest experience for our guests and our community is a commitment that all Team
Teal employees make. As we move into 2019, we continue to remain focused on long-term success
both on and off the ice, and we recognize the significance of your contribution in building that

Once each year, we provide the opportunity for you to make changes to your benefit elections
during the Open Enrollment Period. This year’s open enrollment is taking place from November 8,
2018, to November 30, 2018. You are in control over the way you spend your health care dollars.

requesting generic drugs wherever appropriate – you will pay less for health care. Please take this
