Introduction
The future of labor employment will change due to the growth in economic
activity after experiencing this Covid-19 phase.
Information technology has modified the profile of the most in demand
management and staff positions in the organization with the need to work
remotely, “Home Office.”
This increasing rate multiplied the productivity and efficiency of group sessions
through scheduled timeframes to achieve the main purpose. Programs have
been designers to achieve objectives efficiently.
This methodology in the position profile has considered diversifying specific
participation activities through remote sessions to achieve the purpose of the
plan enabling the synergy of the participants in their approach of objectives.
Locally, 80% of our companies that used this method with certain
management and staff positions enabled the achievement of their goals; the
change to the orange light system has maintained it and 20% didn’t report if
they had used it.
Only 6 companies mentioned that they would continue working remotely until
next year depending on the regulations and gradually returning to normal.
Our Index Juarez President Lic. Pedro Chavira and our Director Martin Flóres
are interested that companies apply these innovations with each of their
associates in order to compete with action strategies in the globalized world,
complying with the development of their talent, maintaining a source of
employment and laying the foundation for areas of opportunity in the maquila
market.
