เด้่อนพัฤษัภาคมิ-กรกฎาคมิ กพิ่ที่. ขออนุมัตัิการอบิรม ร่วมกับิ Ms. Xiaoya Meng (Michelle) ผู้้้เช่่ยวช่าญจาก ICAO และเปี็นวิที่ยากรในโคัรงการที่่ให้คัวามร้้เช่ิงที่ฤษฎ่และปีฏิิบิัตัิ เพิ่้อพิ่ัฒนาหลักสำ้ตัรตัามแนวที่าง CBTA สำ่วนของ Task Based Phase สำําาหรบิั กล่มุ เปีา้ หมายผู้้ตั้ รวจสำอบิด้้านการบินิ โด้ย ผู้อ. กพิ่ที่. ได้้อนุมัตัิให้กลุ่มเปี้าหมายและผู้้้ที่่เก่ยวข้องเข้าฝ่ึกอบิรมในหลักสำ้ตัร OJT-Training Developer Course จําานวน 2 คัรงั
development of CBTA-based training programs and assessments. The full development of the CBTA framework is scheduled across a 12-month timeframe, serving as a guideline for evaluating operators and evaluators in alignment with CBTA principles.
Timeframe
Competency-Based Training Program and Assessment (ongoing project) 2024 has been implemented based on following timeframe;
January: CAAT identified target trainees and related personnels to prepare development plan.
February: CAAT consulted with Ms. Xiaoya Meng (Michelle), expert in CBTA course development and instructor of ICAO (ICAO-Qualified Instructor for the Training Developers Course, ICAO-Qualified Instructor for the Training Instructors Course, ICAO Instructional Systems Design Validator) to review the project’s 5-year implementation roadmap. The 2024 plan focused on developing a CBTA-compliant course (Task-Based Phase) for Operations Management Inspectors (ASI-OPS-OMI). The Director General of CAAT approved the implementation plan.
March: CAAT facilitated development of target trainees for Training Instructure Course (TIC) by ICAO to be held by CATC.
April: Target trainees attended TIC by ICAO held by CATC.
May-July: CAAT requested approval for training in collaboration with Ms. Xiaoya Meng (Michelle), an expert of ICAO and instructor of theory and practice training projects, to develop a course in compliance with CBTA direction in Task Based Phase. For the aviation inspector, Director General of CAAT approved participation of target trainees and related personnels in 2 OJT-Training Developer Courses.
