The survey results on the topic “Awareness of CAAT’s mission, roles, services, and general information” revealed the following:
• Topic 1 “Perception of CAAT's mission, roles, services and general information” Among the service recipients and stakeholders in the aviation industry, Mission 1 (promoting and developing civil aviation activities efficiently and sustainably) was the most recognized, with 536 respondents (81.34%) aware of it. Conversely, Mission 4 (continuously developing the organization, personnel, and support systems) was the least recognized, with 334 respondents (50.68%) aware of it. This trend was similar among the public and CAAT executives and employees. Among the public, Mission 1 was the most recognized, with 687 respondents (73.09%) aware of it. Mission 4 was the least recognized, with 232 respondents (24.68%) aware of it. Additionally, 232 respondents (12.96%) from the public did not know or were unaware of any of CAAT’s missions.
