Creativity is a result of our experiences. What we do, see, hear, touch, taste and smell is stored and organi-
zed in our subconsciousness. From the point of view of neuroscience, creativity means accumulating and
reorganizing these experiences in a new way.
e TransFor.Me Journey is founded upon the creative con dence concept by Tom and David Kelley, Stan-
ford professors and creators of Design inking. We believe everyone can develop one´s own creativity,
especially when we overcome the fear of making mistakes and put our ideas in action. Innovation, on the
other hand, cannot be separated from creativity, but it needs to have a potential to be adopted by a group
of people. In order to bring this innovation to this group of people, we need entrepreneurial and communi-
cative skills in di erent levels.
To be a leader, and to own ones´ own decisions, the individual needs to be aware of one´s own life story, of

one´s own talents and skills, and, above all, one´s own values. It is through self-awareness that students

develop their creative self. As they think, they innovate, as they act, they accomplish.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
e TransFor.Me program is made up of four journeys with 32 sessions of 45 minutes each (that can be also
o ered in 16 sessions of 90 minutes) and is geared towards students from 12 years on (middle school on).
e program includes high quality printed material with practical resources that go beyond textbooks, a
digital platform to support teachers, interaction among students, forming a community through the
“mobile rst concept”, and on-site support for teachers who give the course at the educational institution.
