FIAP Events Eduardo Di Fiore about nature. More than 20 years ago, I started El Dron FIAP Events
Since very early in my life, I have been passionate

photographing animals in the wild, especially birds and
insects, both in my country and abroad. As you can
see from my photos, I specialize in Macrophotography
(the world of the very small). With each image I wish
to transmit the greatness and magnificence of the natural environment that surrounds us
which, in the rush of our daily routines, we don´t often stop to observe and admire. My
work seeks to convey the beauty of nature and raise awareness among humanity, especially
young people, of the need to take care of these living creatures that have such an important
function in ecosystems. Photography is a powerful tool to achieve this goal.
In 2022 I graduated as a jury member of the Argentine Federation of Photography,
allowing me to judge in local and foreign competitions. In them, I try to transmit my
knowledge and my vision of photography. Nowadays, I´m teaching and coaching trying to
transmit my passion for this amazing art to all my students.
During all these years my pictures have been published in various books, such as:
“Argentine Mini World”, “Misiones Microcosm”, and “Wild Argentina”.
The portfolio presented for the MFIAP is the result of many years of work. Most of these
species were found in the jungles of Argentina and Bolivia. Each trip surprises me with species
that I have never seen before, and these are moving occasions where I fully enjoy God’s
wonderful creation. In each photograph I wish to share my artistic vision of the different Paseo Florido
shapes, colours and sizes that they have.
In this process, it has been important to dedicate time to observing the behaviour of the
different species of insects, to decide the precise moment to take the shot.
Macrophotography requires two essential aspects: “patience” and “perseverance”. If you
notice that either of them falter, it is better to put the camera away and continue the next day.
But above all the most important aspect is the “passion” for what you do, since it is
transmitted in your work and it transcends to the audience.
The basic equipment used in this portfolio is the Canon 7d mark II, Canon R5, Canon
 100mm and flash with diffuser.
