Relationship on Intention to Use with Fees, Environment and
Location, Training/Workshop, Social Supports and Business
Networking, Facilities, Operator Support, Intention to Use Co-
            Working Space
From past studies, facilities (FC) are identified as one of the most
important factors that influences entrepreneurs to use co-working
spaces (Wang et al, 2022; Yang, Robelski, Keller, et al, 2019). The
operators provide the environment and location (EL) of the co-
working space with office address to facilitate entrepreneurs to run and
manage their business smoothly (Robelski et al, 2019; Berbegal-
Mirabent, 2021; Bouncken et al, 2021). The environment and location
are also considered as one of the influencing factors for entrepreneurs
in choosing the specific co-working space. In addition, social and
business networking (SB) in co-working space, collaboration,
interaction, social support, professional support, and feeling as part of
the community with other tenants are also considered as one of the
important factors for an entrepreneur to make decision in choosing
co-working space (Ansio et al, 2020; Gill et al, 2019). According to
Robelski et al, (2019), operator support (OS), training and workshops
(TW) are also considered one of the important criteria for some
entrepreneurs in choosing a co-working space (Robelski et al, 2019).
According to Wang et al, (2022), rental fees (FS) shown a weak
relationship with the intention to use co-working space. However, it is
still one of the influencing factors for consideration among
entrepreneurs. Most of the studies highlighted that the environment
and location (EL), training and workshops (TW), social support and
business networking (SB), facilities (FC), operator support (OS), and
fees (FS) shown a positive and significant relationship with intention
to use co-working space. Therefore, the following hypotheses are
forwarded for the purpose of this study:

                                                                           31
