Activity: To prove that “The sum of all the measures of the external angles of any polygon is
360 degree”
An activity was done by the students to prove that the sum of all the measures of the external
angles of any polygon is 360 degree through cutting and pasting method. The students took
a polygon and marked all exterior angles. Later while arranging cuttings of those angles they
observed the formation of a complete angle - 360 degree.
