Global Service Team
We are coming to the last quarter of the 2017-2018 Lion's year. It is extremely important that club secretaries are reporting activities and volunteer hours. The reward in doing good is not in having someone publicly praise you, but in our case, LCI hopes to learn about YOUR club. A few hours of one small club may not seem noteworthy, but added to our collective organization, the numbers become something that makes us proud. When reporting your hours, don't forget to count volunteering for
the elderly, giving blood to the blood bank, collecting canned goods, picking up
trash or any service activity you are completing. Please share the good news with
us!

Global Action Team
The Global Action Team consists of the GLT, GMT and the newly created GST. By working together as one team, the Global Action Team, along with LCIF, will enable us to expand on our motto, "We Serve," as it takes on a new and unified approach to service, membership and leadership development at all levels of the association. The Global Action Team will launch on July 1st.
Please join the Global Action Team Chairperson, Past International President Dr. Wing-Kun Tam, as he shares the vision and mission of the Global Action Team and how the Global Action Team will be a valuable resource to all Lions!
Look for Past International President Dr. Tam who will be presenting information on the Global Action Team during the area leadership forums throughout the year.
