One problem that some of the teachers have is that they use this technology in a
very basic way. Learners are not awarded enough opportunities to explore with the
technological resources unless they are CAT learners.
They are not given enough opportunities to complete tasks using online
assessment strategies. The school has limited resources to offer such
opportunities. This means that learners that do not take CAT as a subject are less
privileged in exploring technological strategies of learning.
