The purpose of the Health Careers Club, run by Mrs. Napolitano, is to provide students with the opportunity to see different careers in the health field. This year the Health Careers Club, with president Jim Venezia, has taken many trips to explore possible careers. The Careers of Nursing trip, held early in the year, was a success. A trip to a Veterinary Clinic opened the eyes of many stu­
dents to the possibilities of this field. Other trips included ones on Medicine and Dentistry and Rehabilitation ser­ vices. The seniors also took a trip to see open heart surgery performed. The Health Careers Club has helped many students to get a glimpse of the choices available in this field.
