Same Day Visits

• If Central processes the referral:
- Any communication relating to the referral must include:
 Communication with the CFM/CRM through coordination notes
- Bronx, Westchester and Nassau:
 Do not have after hours RNs, will send RN in the next morning

• Weekends:
 VNSNY WILL ONLY PROCESS WEEKEND REFERRALS THAT HAVE
BEEN RECEIVED ON FRIDAY AND REVIEWED BY INFUSION ADMIN.
NO NEW REFERRAL ON WEEKENDS OR AFTER‐HOURS.
