Batch Processing

Follow the instructions below to access “Batch Processing” and index the various document types.

Accessing Batch Processing

1. Once logged in to your Unity Client, Click on the “Batch Processing” button in the “Imaging”
section of the navigational ribbon

2. The “Batch Processing” window will be shown, with available “Status Queues” and “Scan
Queues” listed on the left hand side of the window.
3. Click on the “Index in Progress” status queue, to display the list of current batches ready to be
processed.
