Indexing Exceptions
There will occasionally be documents inside of a batch that do not need to be attached in HCHB, these
are referred to as “Exceptions” in Worldview. Follow the instructions below to process exception
documents in the Unity client.

1. Select the “MR – Transition” document type from the “Document Type” drop down list at the
top of the keywords panel.

2. Select “Exceptions” from the “Scan Queue” keyword drop down list

3. Enter the reason the document is being marked as an exception in the “Description” keyword
field

4. Click on the “Index” button to save the keywords, and send the document to the “Exceptions”
scan queue.
