Follow these steps:

1. Call 212-609-7200

2. Press option 3 for “escort, translation and same day aide reinstatement”

3. Provide Case number

4. Provide Staff code and Cell number

5. Date and time escort is needed

6. Meeting Location

7. Indicate if escort is for safety or translation purposes or both

8. Also indicate if it is a SOC visit

Language Line

Follow these steps

1. Call 1-888-584-4853

2. Follow the prompts

3. You will be asked, name, agency and nature of call

4. If you are a first-time caller, you will be provided with a reference number. Save the reference

number for future use. (The reference number is your personal identifier to be used without

having to give your demographic information all over again)
