Ensure that proper Care Types are selected!
Cases will default to “Acute Care” but intake needs to make sure that all
applicable Care Types are selected.
For example: Telehealth, Infusion to be added as secondary Care Types.
Ensure that all proper Skills are selected!
For example: identifying patient’s preferred language and wound care needs
Care Types and Skills are used to meet patient’s needs, provide a competitive
edge, strengthen partnerships, and improve health outcomes for patients.
