When Medicare is the Primary Payer

 DME and Supplies need to be ordered separately.

Why?

 You will not need to complete clinical qualification questions

And

 You will not need to request a physician signature for supplies

However

 Clinical documentation is needed for all DME

Medicaid/Managed Medicaid

 The CHHA should only order incontinence

supplies, if patient has Medicaid or Managed

Medicaid as one of their insurances, otherwise
the supplies will not be covered
