What To Do When DME/Supplies are Unavailable

 If you are ordering only one product that is unavailable:
• Single-item orders for items not showing in Parachute, should no
longer be placed using Parachute—just call contract services.

 If the unavailable product is part of a larger order:
• Proceed with the rest of the order but document exactly which product
you need in the Parachute order comments for that order, and call
contract services for that item.

Any time DME/Supplies are unavailable:
• You must add Contract Admin as a follower
