indicates an extreme weight gain on the last two years. She also claims to have irregular or heavy
menstrual periods ever since she started to gain weight. During examination, it is noted that her eyes,
face, and goiter are rather swelling. Her tongue also shows a sign of a bit enlargement from its normal
state.
