Andy : Hey, why are you panting so heavily? Are you okay?
Yusuf : Yeah, I’m fine. Thanks for asking. I am just exhausted after taking the stairs to the fourth floor.
Andy : You should drink lots of water. It’s good to improve lungs capacity.

Yusuf : Yeah, lately I don’t drink much. To make it worse, I don’t eat healthily either. I am slammed
these days, that I often just grab junk food for a quick meal. That’s why I gain weight a lot.
Andy : Ow, that’s not good. If I were you, I would start cutting off junk food. Why don’t you eat apple
                            instead?
Yusuf : Good idea. Apple is convenient to eat while doing something else.
Andy : Besides, apple contains high intakes of vitamins C, E, and beta-carotene which are good for
lungs. They are also low in calories and high in fiber, with 116 calories and 5.4 grams of fiber

per 223 grams, so you could also lose weight at the same time.
Yusuf : Wow, no wonder it is the most recommended fruit to consume daily.
Andy : Tell me if you want me to accompany you buying apples at the market.
Yusuf : I will. Thank you so much for the advice.
                Andy : You’re welcome.
