        C. FINAL PAY


               In cases where there is termination, the Company forfeits all bene-
        fits except the following:
               1. Employees’ proportionate thirteenth month pay.
               2. In cases where termination is due to an authorized cause, he/
        she shall be entitled to a separation pay provided for by existing laws. A
        fraction of at least six months shall be considered as one whole year.


        D. EMPLOYEE CLEARANCE

               An employee clearance is needed to determine an employee’s ac-
        countabilities, if any, to the Company and related establishments.


               1. Employee clearance should be completed within the first month
        from the date of resignation, retirement or termination.
               2. Employees shall personally route the clearance to all concerned
        department. The cost of lost or damaged items to which the employee is
        accountable for shall be deducted from the final pay.
               3. All completed clearance forms shall be forwarded to HR Depart-
        ment for computation of final pay. Final pay shall be released within one
        month after the clearance has been endorsed to HR Department
               4. Last pay/ computation shall be released by accounting depart-
        ment, provided that the clearance has been filled up by the assigned key
        persons
