PART I. EMPLOYMENT
SECTION 1. PRE-EMPLOYMENT
1.1. HIRING – Employees are selected on the basis of merit, efficiency and
qualification as determined by one’s education, experience, training, skills,
attitude, physical condition and other aspects as specified depending on
the job position.
1.2. SCREENING PROCEDURE – The management shall have the pre-
rogative to regulate all aspects of employment, including hiring, work as-
signment, work methods, time, place and manner of work, such as but not
limited to the tools to be used, processes to be followed, working regula-
tions. Thus, the following must be observed, subject to additional require-
ments and/or conditions as the management deem fit:
a.) The applicant must furnish the company with a comprehensive
resumé/bio-data, ID picture, Transcript of Records, SSS, PhilHealth, Police
or NBI Clearance and Tax Identification Number (TIN). In case the applicant
is not a member yet, he/she should register;
b.) Accomplished medical report certified by a competent and li-
censed physician certifying that the applicant is physically fit to work.
SECTION 2. EMPLOYMENT AND MANAGEMENT
PREROGATIVE
2.1. TYPES OF EMPLOYEES – Employees of the company are catego-
rized as follows:
a.) CONTRACTUAL – one whose work is for a specific duration as
stated in the Contract of Employment, regardless whether his
