work assignment may possibly be related to the usual business or trade of
        the company.

               b.) PROBATIONARY – one who is directly hired by the company
        for the purpose of occupying a permanent or regular position. Before such
        a probationary employee becomes a regular employee, he/she is required
        to undergo a probationary employment period not exceeding six (6) months
        reckoned from the date he/she became an employee, after which, his/her
        status may be elevated to that of a regular employee, subject to the follow-
        ing terms and conditions:


               •  That  he/she satisfactorily meets the reasonable  performance
        requirements prescribed for the position to which he/she is assigned and
        which requirements shall have been made known to his or her at the time
        of his/her employment.


               • That he/she is physically fit to work.

               • That his/her elevation to regular employee status shall depend
        upon his/her getting satisfactorily performance ratings form his/her imme-
        diate superior or Department Head. Evaluation are to be conducted every
        two (2) months within the six (6) months probationary period.

               c.) REGULAR – one  who, having  satisfactorily  undergone  the
        probationary period of employment, is placed on the regular payroll of the
        Company and is assigned to perform work directly connected with the reg-
        ular operations of the Company.
