2 Pass the longer end behind you, and hold the two standing parts
together 1ft (0.3m) or so away from your body, hand facing outwards.
3 Twist the two standing parts towards you to make a loop. Put a bight
in the shorter line and poke it up through the loop.
4 Pass the end of the longer line through the bight.
