Fishtail weave necklace

Paracord is usually associated with outdoor

pursuits, but it can be used to make beautiful items
of jewellery too. The clever bit about this necklace is

the way the weave automatically bends itself into
shape.

1 Make an adjustable ring (here) for the base, and fuse two lengths of

paracord together (here) for the weave. You’ll need 1ft (30.5cm) of cord
for every 1in (2.5cm) of weave. In this case, we used 12ft (3.7m) of cord to

cover half the 24in (61cm) diameter ring.
