Slackline bend

The slackline bend can be used as hitch, but tends

to be more frequently used to tie a thin line to a
much larger line. It is particularly useful on heavy

lines that can’t be bent easily to take a regular bend.

1 Take a turn with the thin line around the thick line (or, in this case, a

spar), so that it passes over the standing part.
