2 Start plaiting in the usual way (here) – right over left, left over right.
Make sure the loop is tight, as this is your buckle.
3 If the loop isn’t secure enough, use a clamp or heavy weight to hold it
down.
4 When the belt is long enough, tie off the ends with an overhand knot.
Try it on for size before you cut off any excess!
