7.3 GENERAL DOSAGE GUIDELINES

Basically, there is no general dosing guideline at CBD.
The dose is primarily determined by the user himself/herself, as this is
absorbed in the body differently from person to person.

It is always advisable to ask a health advisor/health practitioner for advice on
how much cannabidiol is right for you.

You decide which form of CBD you want to take.

Products are available as oils, pastes, e-liquids and capsules.
Do not take too much cannabidiol at the beginning. Often better results are
achieved in cannabis therapy with lower doses.
So if a high dose does not achieve the desired result, try to lower it first.
This method has helped many patients to find their "sweet spot" or the best
               dose.

If you are already taking prescription drugs, be aware of possible side effects
and interactions. Discuss this with your doctor or health care professional
               before you take cannabidiol.

               FOR YOUR INFORMATION

A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
