7. CBD DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
We would like to get to the bottom of a very important question and answer it
here. A question that is asked again and again is: "What is the right daily dose
of CBD for me?"
But it must be said right at the outset that there is no black or white in this
subject. To be honest, this complex question is difficult to answer.
7.1 NOW WHAT IS THE CORRECT DOSE OF CBD?
Cannabidiol is a natural herbal medicine, so it is safe to consume as long as it is
pure and does not contain toxins.
However, when it comes to optimal dosage, some guidance is always helpful.
The basis of this simple dosage guide is the same as the instructions in the book
"CBD: A Patient's Guide To Medical Cannabis" by Leonard Leinow and Juliana
Birnbaum.
They are CBD specialists and pioneers in this field of the hemp industry.
7.2 HOW MUCH CBD SHOULD YOU TAKE?
Based on the guidelines in the book, the step-up method is recommended, in
which the dose is gradually increased until the desired results are achieved.
In the book the term "titration" is used. This is a begriu from chemistry, where
the dose is increased step by step to allow a slow adjustment. With this
method you adjust the amount of oil to your individual needs.
Every person is unique and therefore reacts differently to cannabidiol. Since
there are many dosage options, the authors have worked out three dosage
ranges that can be useful for different conditions:
