3. IS CBD LEGAL?
In many European countries, such as Spain and Poland, cannabis is licensed for
medicinal purposes.
Thus CBD can be purchased in Germany as a food supplement.
However, since CBD is not legally regarded as a drug in Germany, no promises
of cure may be made for it.
4. VARIOUS DOSAGE FORMS
CBD can be taken in many different forms.
CBD is traditionally taken as drops or oil. This is given under the tongue. There
you try to hold it for 3-5 minutes so that the body can absorb it through the
mucous membrane of the mouth.
However, many consumers find the taste of the oil very difficult to get used to,
which is why there are already alternative products on the market.
First and foremost, CBD capsules should be mentioned here, which are
absolutely tasteless and can be found in very highly concentrated form. A
further advantage of the capsules is the excellent dosage.
The popularity of e-liquids for e-cigarettes and vaporizers is also increasing
among consumers.
As you can see, there are numerous dosage forms for the most diverse
preferences.
5. ARE THERE SIDE EFFECTS OF CBD?
While cannabidiol is generally considered safe, there are also people who
suffer from side effects.
Side effects include nausea, diarrhoea, drowsiness, loss of appetite and a dry
mouth.
