5.1 INTERACTION OF CBD AND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

First of all, before taking CBD and any existing prescription medication, it is
imperative that you speak with your doctor or health advisor.

If you want to use CBD to relieve pain in addition to your current drug therapy,
it is advisable to introduce the use of cannabidiol very slowly and carefully,
without changing the usual medication.

Different patients react differently and therefore one can never know exactly
how certain substances work.
If you notice that the symptoms improve with simultaneous use of CBD, you
might try - in consultation with your attending physician - to slowly reduce the
dose of the medication.
