Julie Gibbs, Allianz
Julie Gibbs is the Inland Marine Program Lead for North America at Allianz Global
Corporate & Specialty (AGCS). Over the past 15 years with Allianz, Julie has held various
executive leadership roles in Operations, Project Management and Underwriting and is
best known for her proactive, collaborative style. In her current role, Julie is focused on
execution of market-leading strategies to drive profitable growth and deliver tailored,
customer-centric solutions in the Inland Marine Program sector. Julie is recognized
for enhancing the professional development of females across the organization while
serving as a mentor. One of Julie’s most notable career accomplishments has been
leading international teams enabling her to experience different cultures and learn about
local insurance markets in various countries. Julie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration from Lindenwood University and is based out of St. Louis, Missouri.

Heidi Wolf, Tangram Insurance Services
Heidi Wolf is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Tangram Insurance Services.
She oversees all operational aspects for the company, including compliance, BPO
management, system/technology deployments and administration, billing, and workflow
management. She joined Tangram in January of 2023 and brings over 23 years of
industry experience, most recently as the Director of Operations for a large, national
MGA. Heidi began her career on the insurance carrier side, where she spent over 10
years in Business Development and Underwriting for a large national insurance company.
She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a B.S. in Business
Administration, with a minor in Operations Management.

The Women’s Leadership Group provides an additional business incubation and professional development
forum for women in the TMPAA. The group is designed to promote leadership in the program industry segment
and encourage women currently in these leadership positions to join and participate in the TMPAA.
