Polar/Golgi-like pattern

HEp-2 cells ,as reticular-granular structures which are in
contact with the cell nucleus on one side. In cells which are in
the mitosis, the Golgi apparatus is to a large extent dispersed.
Here the antibodies show no reaction.
Primate liver , the cytoplasm of hepatocytes is also stained.
