Spindle fibers pattern

HEp-2 cells, antibodies against the spindle fi bre antigen
MSA-2 (HsEG5) can be detected. In the presence of these
antibodies only the spindle fibers of the mitotic cells, but not
the cell nuclei of the interphase cells are stained.
Primate liver, a speckled fl uorescence of the cell nuclei can
be observed.
