NuMA-like pattern (AC-26)
HEp-2 cells, antibodies against NuMA (MSA-1) in
the interphase show a fi ne speckled to reticular fluorescence
of the nuclear matrix, with the exception of the nucleoli.
In mitotic cells in the metaphase, the spindle fi bres manifest
as two opposing fans. The staining is most intense in the
direction of the centrioles.
Primate liver,shows a granular fl uorescence.
