Please provide a list of all scholarship recipients and their GPA’s for the Reporting Period. EXPLANATION OF FACULTY/BUSINESS EXPENDITURES:
Graduate Report - Please provide an updated report on students who received a JSF scholarship and have graduated. (This is a new effort to collect long-term data on student success)
Update on graduate information
Our intention is to obtain information relative to each graduate that includes the following:
1. Number of semester’s students received JSF Scholarship
2. Total dollars of scholarship assistance received
3. Degree received
4. Major
5. Date degree received
6. Did the graduate remain within or return to their home reservation?
7. Did the graduate continue their education by transferring to upper division college? If so, what college and degree program?
8. Is the graduate employed on or near the reservation in the private sector? If so, please identify!
9. Is the graduate employed within a local government or tribal agency? If so, please identify?
10. Has the graduate started a new business or expanded their current business? If so, please identify?
11. Does the graduate occupy a leadership position within the tribal community? If so, please identify?
