Usage Report
Elevation Scholars used funds to hire College Success Coach Sarafina Shepherd on June 21, 2021 and Employer Relations Manager (updated title for Community Engagement Specialist discussed in proposal) Darryl Hardy on August 23, 2021. Unfortunately, Mr. Hardy’s tenure with Elevation Scholars ended on March 29, 2022. We are currently in discussion whether to hire new staff member for this role or make changes to job description and role based on the experience gained during Mr. Hardy’s time in the role. We expect to have role clearly defined by July 1, 2022 and hiring plan by 8/1/2022.
Our total cost in FY 2022 (ends 6/30/2022) for both Ms. Shepherd and Mr. Hardy was $86,984.02
