Goal #2 for Year 2*Complete first evaluation and performance review for both positions (college success coach and community engagement specialist) - Complete by 6/30/2022 and report by 9/1/2022

Goal #3 for Year 2*Increase caseload to full independent support of 38 college students - completed by 6/30/2022 and reported by 9/1/2022
College Success Coach is progressing faster than expected and will have caseload of 65 students by 8/31/2022
Goal #4 for Year 2 (optional)Facilitate 20 paid summer internships for college students - completed by 8/31/2022 and reported by 12/31/2022
Due to unexpected departure of Manager of Employer Relations we will not meet this goal. We anticipate the number being between 10-15.
Goal #5 for Year 2 (optional)Community Engagement staff member transitions to full independence, takes over management of caseload of community relationships - completed by 10/31/2022 and reported by 12/31/2022
Due to unexpected departure of Manager of Employer Relations we will have to recalculate this goal once hiring plan is completed not later than 8/1/2022.
