IDEAL TEACHER THAT IS NEEDED IN

SELELEKELA SECONDARY SCHOOL

The school needs an ideal teacher that connects to children as human beings, someone that
knows each child intimately and extends a relationship to children beyond the task of
teaching and learning even when classrooms are overcrowded. A culture of respect,
collaboration and acceptable is fostered for all children. The school need an ideal teacher
that engages with learners and colleagues with expects in the field both physically and
through technology. So, to make teaching and learning to be effective an ideal teacher must
use technology as it will improve learning, learners will be interested to learn and
participate in the lesson, technology will also encourage collaboration.

An ideal teacher needed in the school is an inclusive teacher. One that recognizes the
diversity of learners enables all learners to access the course content, fully participate in
learning activities and demonstrate their knowledge and strengths at assessments.
