An ideal teacher that makes the best use of available resources to enhance learning. Since
classes have smartboards, the ideal teacher needs to be able to effectively utilize it to make
the teaching and learning process effective.

The school environment is clean, safe, with disciplinary policies and practices. The school is
well fenced, and the gate is always locked, and there is a security in the gate, this makes a
safe environment for both learners and educator when they are in the school premises.
Even the parents and community in which it is situated is quite a good environment, even
though some learners will come late and the security will lock them out and they will roam
around the streets not going back home, and some of the learners will stay in the toilets at
school and bank classes, this school environment needs an ideal teacher that will set rules
and regulations for learners and if they fail to follow they should face the consequences. The
external environment of the school can contribute to successful outcome and build
residence among learners by improving teaching and learning in the school, the school need
an ideal teacher that will welcome parents and communities as equal partners and works to
include their engagement in teaching and learning through constant communication
feedback about their learners’ behaviour.
