STACY E. FRANKLIN

Stacy Elizabeth Franklin, President and CEO of Access Counseling Coaching and Consulting, LLC started the company
in 2014 after being diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, Stacy decided to leave her senior executive role and
surrender to her lifelong purpose. Stacy’s passion for providing quality mental health services to individuals, couples
and families who needed it most became the catalyst that helped her to recover and begin the work she dreamed
of. Stacy combined her authentic leadership, operational style, business acumen, clinical training and core values of
trust, supreme client experience and inclusiveness to change the way therapy is accessed and delivered, particularly
for clients who may have previously rejected the idea of therapy due to cultural stigmas.
Since Access opened for business in January, 2015 the company has grown from a staff of two to a team of ten,
including eight, diverse, licensed, board certified clinicians serving thousands of patients of all ages suffering from
mental health issues such as depression, trauma, and other life stressors. Stacy takes a unique and non-traditional
approach to utilizing her local and national business, clinical and community platforms to promote strong mental
health awareness and access to services. Stacy has been featured and recognized by CBS daytime television show
“The Doctors” for her work with treating eating disorders, trauma and anxiety. Stacy works closely with physicians,
churches, community and other mental health advocates to educate on topics such as suicide awareness, crisis
management and the connections between physical, spiritual and mental health.
KIM MCNAIR
CEO , Kim McNair Productions, LLC
Dynamic. Personable and professionally far-sighted. These are words that describe the woman who founded Kim
McNair Productions. She has run her full-service event planning and marketing firm for more than twenty years and
has a successful track record of staging incredible events for her clients.
Event planning is actually Kim’s second career. She retired as a professional model who worked for the legendary
Grace DeMarco agency in New York City when she moved to Orlando, Fl in 1990. In Orlando, Kim began staging
professional fashion shows for elite black events that amazed everyone who saw them. She attracted her first
internationally known celebrity clients there and began to grow her company.
Kim brought her company to Atlanta, GA in 2007 and immediately began to stage events for municipalities and non-
profit organizations. She developed a new list of celebrity clients while maintaining those she had Florida. She also
began giving back by developing live-event networking and empowerment sessions for women who want to know
more about being successful in business.
As of 2019, Kim McNair Productions can count Atlanta Superbowl 53, the City of Forest Park, GA and the family of
Shaquille O’Neal as clients. She also has become a media professional with her Women on the Move Live! television
business program which will start its fifth season in 2020.
Kim McNair is humble about her professional accomplishments. But she is an excellent example of what one woman
can achieve when she remains focused and dedicated on achieving excellence.
